Lawyer and notary public . Fritz Stahl is specialized in commercial, corporate and business law. He offers legal support to endogenous and exogenous companies from all sectors.

He advises on the legal form, the formal and financial structure, sets up the company and provides legal support throughout the company’s life. For specific issues, such as taxation, intellectual property, types of financing, etc., he could liaise with internal or external specialists to SPLC.

He also deploys a notarial activity, mainly in contract and real estate matters .
